This family desperately needed more space as their original house was deteriorating. Wanting to stay in the same area, we opted for a knockdown and rebuild project. They envisioned a modern home with polished concrete flooring in the hallways and living areas, and carpet in the bedrooms for added warmth. Despite having an extensive list of requirements, budget constraints required us to collaborate closely to design and build a home that addressed their primary needs while remaining within budget.
